The role of CLIQ® technology in the field of private locking

CLIQ® technology - is the ultimate security system using the latest electronic locking solutions based on patented platforms: MUL-T-LOCK® Interactive+ and ABLOY® Protec2. Cylinders CLIQ® ensure unprecedented protection of property, because they embody two solutions at once - the reliability of mechanical cylinders and uniqueness of electronic blocking.

Each key and cylinder in the CLIQ® system have unique identification. In the key’s head is situated an electronic microchip, which activates additional secret mechanism in the CLIQ® cylinder. This code - is cryptosecure and copying the code from the key is not possible. Also in the key’s head is situated the battery, which operates the electronic identification and blocking. Battery lasts for 4 years of intensive use.

Each user of products with the CLIQ® technology receives the following benefits:

- CLIQ® keys are protected from unauthorized duplication and additional key can be made only in Authorized centers for keys cutting in the presence of user card.

- CLIQ® cylinders of Extra Security class are based on key platforms MUL-T-LOCK® Interactive+ and ABLOY® Protec2 and are protected from bumping, opening with picks and drilling.

- Access rights of the keys can be quickly changed and lost keys - excluded from the system without recoding of cylinders. To perform these manipulations it is needed to contact the nearest Locksmith Center. A list of centers can be found HERE.

- The function of recoding of cylinders can be done remotely without master’s physical intervention in cylinder’s work. To perform this manipulation it is necessary to turn to the nearest Locksmith Centers.

- If necessary, you can order the service on reading the event log in the system. All events in the system are recorded in the log, which is stored both in the CLIQ® keys and cylinders.

- CLIQ® technology is wireless, its installation does not differ from the installation of conventional mechanical cylinders. In addition, if necessary, the cylinders CLIQ® are easily integrated into existing mechanical Master Key system without any additional costs.
