  Hilton Hotels & Resorts chain has opened its first project in Ukraine

  
  Specialists from the LocksMaster Akademmistechko shop have successfully installed and put into operation in a new hotel HILTON KYIV the system of Swiss automated mini-bars and the system of dry products control, that are located outside the mini-bars - Smart Trey.  

  

   

  World famous hotel chain of Hilton is now represented in Ukraine! Hilton Kyiv hotel - is a modern 26-storey building with  panoramic views on the Botanical Garden, which is located in the central part of the city, is in a few blocks from the Opera House and the "Golden Gates". The number balance of the hotel has 262 rooms of different categories, including standard, superior, deluxe, as well as diplomatic and presidential suites. Conference service of Hilton Kiev includes a business center, 11 conference rooms, a large meeting room. Also our guests are offered a Health Spa wellness center with fitness room and swimming pool, three-level underground parking for 176 places, a ballroom for 350 people, two restaurants, a round the clock snack bar. 

   

  The tasks of creating comfort and safety in Hilton Kiev were implemented by the Authorized specifiers on the work at the facilities of the LocksMaster Akademmistechko shop. Experts from the LocksMaster network have simultaneously enacted two revolutionary technologies: on the basis of the opened hotel implemented a system of the automated mini-bars, as well as used additional external Smart Trey sensors for monitoring the dry products, based outside of the mini bars for the first time. This is a fully automated system with "smart" infrared sensors, which allows controlling the food that is used by hotel guests in the real-time. This  technology helps management to control the use of the mini-bar’s content without the direct involvement of the hotel staff for monitoring, remotely giving information to the central computer. Such innovation makes possible the reducing of the working time cost for such procedure to 60%. 

   

  

  
  It should be noted that the Swiss company, Minibar Systems in March 2012 became the confirmed supplierof mini-bars of the HILTON international hotel chains worldwide.

   

  

  Also in Hilton Kiev, experts from LocksMaster Akademmistechko established an automatic system of keys accounting and storage - KeyWatcher®. Usage of such a system is the norm for hotels of this level. With the help of KeyWatcher®, a hotel provides control over the most important mechanical keys that are used by authorized personnel in the confirmed by hotel management period of time. 

   

  Besides controlling the mechanical keys, the KeyWatcher® system in the Hilton Kiev hotel is equipped with an additional module for controlling the noncontact cards, which is optionally proposed by Morse Watchmans, the American manufacturing company, and is integrated into the general system of keys accounting and storage. 

   

  It should be noted that the KeyWatcher® system is a ready-made solution that is often used in the global hospitality industry. Now this product is becoming increasingly popular in the field of hospitality facilities in Ukraine, raising the standards of our hotels to the world ones. 

  
  During the construction of Hilton Kiev, the specialists from LocksMaster Akademmistechko have also offered a number of actuators for access control systems organization. For these purposes were selected already well-proven in harsh operating conditions: EffEff® electromechanical latches and electric bolts, SECURITRON® mortice electromagnets, as well as special magnets to hold the emergency exit doors in the open position.
