Mechanical key - is one of the most valuable things in the enterprise or institution, because exactly the key provides access to the premises. Monitoring and tracking the location of the keys on the object always stay the important and urgent tasks.

SPV Company Ltd. offers an effective and quick solution to this problem. We demonstrate to the attention of our professional partners the new development of an intelligent keys control and monitoring system - MUL-T-LOCK® TRAKA 21. The application of this system not only alerts the ingress of the key outside the object, but also minimizes the risks associated with the "human factor". For example, the loss of a key, its theft or an unauthorized duplication.

MUL-T-LOCK® TRAKA 21 – is a simple, efficient and cost-effective system that helps to track and account each key. The system combines the innovative technology of radio frequency identification (RFID) and the robust design, at the same time it provides the owner of the system with enhanced opportunities of controlling the keys or sets of keys (up to 21 units) using the technology of plug and play that allows quickly identifying and configure the MUL -T-LOCK® TRAKA 21 without connecting to a PC.

How does the MUL-T-LOCK® TRAKA 21 system work?
1. The user must enter on the touch screen a unique code to access the box for keys control and storage.
2. All available keys are individually locked in their cells. Green indication of the cell indicates to which of the keys the user have access.
3. The user cannot get the keys, which are highlighted with the red indicator - they remain locked.
4. When you return the key, the user must re-enter his or her unique code on the screen, and then the orange light will highlight the cell where you have to return the key.
5. Data and reports on who, when and for how long had access to the certain keys, can be viewed directly on the touch screen on the box. Also, the information can be copied to a USB flash drive for later viewing on the PC and analyzing them.

MUL-T-LOCK® TRAKA 21 with a firm and compact steel case with hidden sheds without any visible access points will ensure that the access to the keys and premises, which they open, will have only those employees who have the sufficient rights. For urgent cases or emergencies in the MUL-T-LOCK® TRAKA 21 there is a manual unlocking of the box’s door and unlocking the keys.
