Master Key system

The Master Key system is widely used in the corporate sector - government agencies, offices, hotels, holiday centers, schools, hospitals, public catering enterprises, trade enterprises, industrial enterprises, apartment buildings and exhibition centers.

It is a modern development of mechanical Master Key systems, allowing you to easily integrate CLIQ^® cylinders in the Master system. The CLIQ^® key opens usual mechanical cylinders, and to open the CLIQ^® cylinder you need a CLIQ^® key with the current access rights.

When using the Master Key system, arises a question of keys control. Earlier, at the objects of these functions were performed by one or more employees. In today's world, these functions are performed by a special keys control system. Professionals recommend storing keys in the special designed for this systems from leading lock companies: MUL-T-LOCK^® Traka21 or KeyWatcher MORSE WATCHMANS^®.

Keys control systems on the objects, where Master Key systems are operating-it is convenient, safe and easy, because the use of these systems not only prevents the ingress of key to the off-site, but also minimizes the risks associated with the "human factor".

• To order the Master Key system, while designing you need to determine the number of cylinders / locks, the number of users and their level of access. • To complete the «Order form to the Master Key system», where lines - are the keys from personnel and columns - are the names of doors. For each person should be marked the doors that the user’s key will open. Important: The Master Key system is accepted to developing only after the receipt from the customer an approved by him access schemes on the official signed and sealed order-form. On the basis of the completed and confirmed by the customer order-form the data is entered into the computer program that calculates the combinations of keys and cylinders / locks. Based on the results, the Master Key system is assembled / produced. • During the Master Key manufacturing, the marking of keys and cylinders is mandatory. Marking is required to identify the keys and cylinders when assembling, checking the assembled Master Key system, installation on the object and future maintenance of the Master Key system. Keys marking - the key is marked in accordance with the completed by customer order form. If customer does not require the special labeling, the keys are labeled in accordance with their standard notation, which is generated by a computer program.

Marking of cylinders is also produced in accordance with customer requirements, specified in the order form. If the customer does not require special marking, cylinders are marked in accordance with their standard designation, generated by a computer program.

The markings on the keys and cylinders is applied with a special machine. Or with the impact method using special stamps.

Marking allows avoiding the confusion in the manufacturing of the Master Key system and greatly facilitate and accelerate the process of manufacturing and putting into operation of the Master Key system.

The ready Master Key system is registered in the electronic registry. Solution is stored: in the electronic and printed form, access to which has only the responsible person.

To order additional keys or cylinders, you must contact an Authorized center of MUL-T-LOCK^® or ABLOY^®, fill in the appropriate document: «Order form on the addition to the Master Key system».

Important: making extra keys and cylinders to the Master Key systems is carried out on a special form, which must be stamped and signed by the person in charge of the customer.

Release of the Master Key system is carried out according to the following rules:

- System’s passport (code card);- The solution scheme of the system;- Marked cylinders and keys, according to the order form.
